What is the difference between a 2200 45c 3s and a 2600 30c 3s? Will I gain anything by going to the 2600 30c? Thanks, Doc

Doc..........Here's how I like to explain this stuff to folks without getting into the electrical theory jargon.
Think of the mAh rating as the size of the gas tank and the C rating as the size of the carburetor.
In your example the 2200 is capable (per the math) of 99A (2.2Ah x 45) and the 2600 is 78A (2.6Ah x 30)
So the 2200 will be able to power a higher amp hog for less flight time whereas the 2600 gets a little longer time but can't be used on a more demanding power system.
The mAh ratings are pretty accurate industry standards but the C ratings are mostly overrated by 25%
30-40C will suffice to power most prop driven birds but the EDF's want 45C and up.
That's basically it in a nut shell.;)Warbird Charlie
