My question is how much do I turn the ailerons down? I guess I go counter clockwise but I have not seen any documentation on what the usable range is. It is currently set the way it came.
Turn your gains down. Never use such a gyro RX on the setting it came with. Start at less than 25% and go up in small increments.

Thanks! Would 25 percent be approximately 9 o'clock?

You need to figure this out for yourself. Turn the pot all the way from one end to the other. That's 100%. Now estimate 25%.

Has any one used the RX600SP with the F-27 Evolution a delta wing from Horizon Hobby? If so what micro switch setting did you use for the stabilization mode?
