I have a Tactic TTX650 . Great radio , it has a firmware plug on the side for updating . I have been everywhere I can think of trying to find that plug in , Tactic , Tower , even just Googled it , nothing ! Does anyone know anything about where to get this adaptor , plugin whatever it is , at ???

I emailed the guys at Tactic about 5 months ago. Their answer to your question was, "There are no updates to the Tactic 650 software yet, and there was no adapter as of yet."
I have not heard of updates since then.
I agree, it is a great radio for the price. I have had no problems with the programming and capabilities. I just do not think there will be updates for this very low priced radio. Still, I am glad I have it. It does what I want and what I am capable of using. -

Hey Bill , thanks for the info . It does what a lot of more expensive radios do . Maybe in the future they will make a 8 ch .But Crashing is LandingComment
