I'm adding this glider to my hanger. 2000mm RC Plane Glider(PNP). Another winter project. Was looking at putting solar cells on the wings. and maybe the canopy. Due to the postal strike here in Canada, and the Christmass backlog. Wont see it till end of Jan.

That sounds like a cool project! Have you worked out what the charge rate will be using the solar panels? -
No not yet. I've ordered up 10pcs 3.4w, C60 flexible solar panels. But they won't be here till mid Jan. Been watching videos on how others applied them. So many different ways of setting up application . Was thinking of installing 2 smaller motors (one for each wing) . It's a learning curve for me to get the motor thrust right. If all fails, I'll use them elsewhere.Comment
