Braucht man denn wirklich noch Bremsen, ich komme sehr gut mit dem Rückwärtsschub klar.... sehe nicht, warum ich noch schwere Bremsen einbauen sollte?

Maiden flight using Avian 130a ESC did not go too well, thrust kept fluctuating. Not sure if I can program it out. Hopefully that new ESC from Motion will arrive soon.

Nice landings and save. Still sounds like the ESC has still not detected the correct number of cells and it is going into low voltage pulsing too early. Assume you're still not getting the correct number of beeps on initialization. Did you ever try doing a simulated flight on the bench with a fully charged pack to see where the thrust fluctuation starts? Since I use only HiV packs, I had to do that with every aircraft before flying to ensure I wouldn't be facing an incorrect low voltage pulsing. Definitely gave me a little more confidence on any initial flight.

          Hello

Just to know, did you do ESC/throttle calibration conform manual???
          ESC/Radio Calibration
          1.
Begin with the transmitter powered on at full throttle.
          2.
Connect a battery to the ESC. The motor will emit a series of three ascending tones.
          3.
The motor will emit two short tones to indicate the high throttle position has been accepted.
          4.
Move the throttle stick to the low position within five seconds after the two short tones.

Morning flight. Wing lights are less effective than the F9F due to being flush with the wing. I learned it the hard way with the flight just before this one, almost losing control for lack of sunlight.
By the way I reinstalled the original Skywalker 120a ESC and it gave no hiccups. Great ESC. I was doubtful since it only gave three beeps when battery plugged in but seeing other YouTube videos showing the jet giving 3 beeps and giving a thorough ground test I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed.

Thanks. It's 6s. Here is this morning's flight after some control surface tweaks. I'm using 2x optical zoom on my phone hat cam to keep it from looking like a dot in the distance.

Same as stock wheel diameter so I believe 60mm. The F16 version 1 jet was given to me but I'm pretty sure axles are 4mm.

Very nice flight so many trying to push me to 8’s rather stay 6 just for simplicity I have sooo many 6s packs all SMC with most being hivolt packs. Spent enough on packs to be honest

                          My opinion..

                          A- Full span ailerons
                          B- Full span flaps

If the wing is only ailerons there is no A.
                          B- Flaperons

What do you call tailerons/ elevons? :)

What do you call crow/ butterfly?

In 2014, Freewing, in collaboration with Motion RC, introduced its first 90mm F-16 Fighting Falcon EDF jet. As a premier addition to their "super scale" foam EDF jet series, this model garnered significant acclaim and has remained a favorite in many EDF pilots' hangars for years. To commemorate the model's 10-year anniversary, Freewing and Motion RC proudly present the next generation of this customer favorite.

The next-generation F-16C 90mm EDF from Freewing showcases a range of performance and design upgrades that elevate realism, flight capability, and convenience. Featuring a striking 64th Aggressors Livery, this model honors the distinguished 64th Aggressor Squadron, part of the legendary Aggressor program initiated in 1972. This squadron played a crucial role in training pilots through dissimilar air combat tactics, emulating potential adversaries.

With quick-release wings, an easier fuselage assembly, and a slide rail system for armament, the updated F-16C 90mm prioritizes ease of use. Additionally, the scale appeal and functionality have reached new heights with fully functional, servo-driven air brakes, updated scale details, extra molded-in rivets, painted landing gear, and other intricate detail components. The Freewing F-16C 90mm is designed to impress.

The new power system, featuring a 3668-1980Kv inrunner motor and a 12-blade EDF, delivers exceptional speed and power for long vertical climbs and rapid show passes over the runway. It also includes reverse thrust for short landing rollouts.

Wunsch. ;-)

Does anyone know how to remove the rear fuselage from The main fuselage of the Freewing F16 V2? I have it clipped I. And can’t get it out.

You can always sneak it out, assemble it and reseal the box lol.

                                        • Hi guys,
                                          I've got a new FreeWing f-16 that's an ARF since I already have a couple 90mm 12 blades.
The specs on the motor 3668-1926 kv that calls for an ESC 120a and 7a. I have a freewing 130a with no Bec and a Predator 100a with a 7a Bec, and a Dlux Tunagy 100/120a with a 5.5 Bec.
Also, I have several inrunner motors from 1000kv to 1920kv. I'd like to be able to use the Predator 100a and the 1920kv, but I don't enough about the combinations of these things so I'm asking.
Thanks for any suggestions or feed back.
