Not garbage just don't really do the plane justice. This is such a nice warbird that she needed better looking shoes.

Can anyone comment on the quality?? Plus not sure if I feel safe cutting the figure in half to make him fit in the cockpit, I may just get one of the plaster busts and paint it.
Warbird pilots are good quality and pretty easy to customize as needed. I've used several from 1/5 to 1/3 size.

Shipment was delayed a day. Crap.

Sorry, I'll have to check for that manual tomorrow.

That thing settles in real nice and slow on the landing. I'm looking forward to this plane.

What is your power set up?

Tail wheel assembly is super easy. Run the pull pull wire thru first, connect and then attach tailwheel.

                    I hate when that happens!

Yes she flies very easy and the landing is a dream, the Setup was Scorpion 5535 190kv on 10S, Prop 22X10. Landing Gear was from Lado RS 333 95°. The CG was 10mm more Forward.

I was hoping you would say that it was a 160 size motor, which is what I'm going with for now. It's a 2,700 watt motor, which does sit within the recommended range. I am concerned about being underpowered, but we'll see how it goes.

My kit arrived in good condition. Upon initial inspection, everything looks good, this thing is definitely a looker. The surface detail is impressive.

I have bad news folks, mine didn't include a manual either.

There is only one place on Earth I have consistently liked better than the PNW, but that's Italy and I don't think I could ever find a good job there

What's your flying weight with this setup?

Also, are newer versions of this plane coming out lighter?
