I purchased an e-flite focke wulf bind and fly
and have been having some issues ,
    the transmitter I have is a spektrum nx6 ,
I was able to create model and bind it successfully but
not able to finish up manual adjusts or fly it ,
started getting control surface flutter ,
I contacted horizon and they determined faulty reciever,
I waited for programming on the ar637t and the shipped to me , installed unit and had same result ,
so I contacted customer service again , and they determined this time the esc !!
i recieved it , put it in plane and still had control surface glitch .
so I grabbed another battery thinking it could be a volt issue , still having issue .
At this point I looked further and noticed transmitter showing signal fluctuations coinciding with control surface flutter ,,,,,
ok sqwak forum ,, how do I
get this issue to go away ?

From what you are saying it may be your transmitter. Don't know if it's a setting or a fault. But, like most computers maybe make sure all connectivity is turned off (Wifi,Bluetooth, etc.) and do a reboot. If that doesn't help and you're still having issues try using the radio on a different airplane to determine if you need to send the radio into Spektrum for repair or replacement. Did you buy the radio new? Is it still under warranty?

I'm assuming that in the airplane you're using the correct battery with correct voltage?

Yes bought all as package deal through horizon
am thinking I will try and bind to another plane
to see how that works out , I’ll go back in and check out WiFi situation Thanks

Tried a couple of different approaches to binding

        double checked isolating servos
swapped out various radio gear in plane. And still
got the brown out signal loss
        like it’s in failsafe
