  • Fokker E3 (Dancing Wings) 1200mm

    Hi

Just a few questions.....(for a long time project)
    Does anyone has build this?

The Fokker E3 (Dancing Wings) with 1200mm wingspan
I have get a copy with the instaructions (which are a joke I think), but maybe someone has built this

One of my main QS are....how to "cover" the plane?
With foil? (to shiny I think)
    Or...?

The servo for the aelerons are "built in"?
    Inside the wing.....?

The instructions are in some case wrong, not clear...or some important information are just missing.
But I have managed to complete the structure (2 weeks of time.....not so fast I know)
And honestly.....I loved to do :-)

Thats the reason, why I ordered the next project, the S.E.5a from "The Vintage Model" Click image for larger version

Now I am doing the RC parts. The motor is done, now the servos are following......and then the dry tests.
Later the covering (waiting for my covering iron) - never done this before. Only watched a lot of videos. I will try on some left-over parts first
