FMS p51 v7 inner gear doors

Is there a easy way to take off the inner gear doors with out breaking the pins on them. My original doors are warped and dont close completely even with the door servos not attached. I ordered a replacement set but I had to heat them to straigten them as well. Any ideas for how to take the old ones off and install the new ones without - warping the new ones while installing them or breaking the pins while installing the new ones or taking the old ones out.

I replaced one on my plane by genteelly applying pressure to both sides of the door. This is just enough pressure to release the door. Use the same method to replace the new door. Hope this helps.
