I received my Micro-Mart catalog the other day. One of their feature items is the USS Hornet in 1/350 scale. This was a mahogany made display boat. Micro-Mart had an asking price of $1299.00. At least with the Bancroft Nimitz if can be a display model or sail at your favorite lake/pond. In this case Bancroft boats give you a better bang for your buck. Now if they could make the USS Hornet that would be even sweeter. Hint! Hint!
