Good day… I have 2 600

scale RC helis currently using an ICG

360

with a AR7000 RX, and a ICG

400

with

AR6200 RX.

The helis both have flybars

and I'm using a DX9 TX. Can I replace my ICG gyros with the Tarot ZYXS2 3-Axis Flight Controller..? If so does the ZYXS2 replace the current RXs I'm using? Both ships are nitro also FYI. Thank you

Yes, you could use the Tarot ZYX-S2 as a tail gyro. You will need to keep your Rx's as the ZYX-S2 does not have a built-in Rx. The LEDs on the ZYX-S2 work like the old style tail gyros - RED for heading hold, BLUE for rate mode.

Note that the ZYX-S2 setup software is Windows only.

I'm currently using three Tarot ZYX-S2 FBL gyros on three electric 450 helis (two Rotorscale scale jobs and one Tarot 450 Sport FBL) and am having very good luck with them so far. They seem to be pretty vibration tolerant so I would guess that it would work ok in your nitros.
