The AF162 arrives "RTF" (Ready To Fly), and includes everything you need to begin flying within minutes except four AA batteries for the included radio transmitter/controller.

A built-in gyro system stabilizes the helicopter during flight, giving new pilots more time to learn how to fly. A unique optical sensor system also enables "One Touch Takeoff" and "One Touch Landing". Simply press a button to activate a brief auto-pilot mode that will either takeoff or land the helicopter!

The AF162 also features an FPV camera, and an accessory to mount most cell phones onto the radio. After downloading a free Android app, you can watch the FPV camera's video feed on your compatible Android phone screen while you fly, start/stop video recording, and take photos that are then automatically saved onto your phone. This basic camera setup is a good introduction to the wider world of FPV ("First Person View") flying.
