  • New to larger Heli's and have an issue with a F09H Seahawk 220 Size GPS Stabilized Scale Helicopter

Anyone have a "F09H Seahawk 220 Size GPS Stabilized Scale Helicopter"..?
I had two great flights and now the main rotor only spins for 10 sec in GPS mode only (So main motor is good). Main light keeps blinking yellow rapidly even after I reset GPS mode (sometimes an intermittent green light without GPS on). All modes seem to respond to transmitter except, I can’t lift-off even out of GPS mode.
Any trouble shooting tips would be good great.

    Thanks to All in advance!..

Mine did the same thing. You have to get at least 12 satellites and then flick the switch between optical and gps then calibrate the compass by spinning the unit around a few times then hold it by the tail and spin it. Then put it down and you should get a solid green light . Down and out on the sticks and it should spools up. I had to do this almost every flight yesterday. My first flights were yesterday and on the 6th flight I took off and went up about 20 feet and all of a sudden it went backward and down and crashed. Need rotors, fuselage, landing gear.
not sure what happened. When I get it repaired I’ll take off in manual mode.

I bought one and was really busy tried my first flight today and could not get the rotor to spin. After reading all of the posts is this really a GPS malfunction or an aircraft malfunction?

Regarding the charger, I thought mine wasn't working also. Leave it on and it will start charging. I am guessing it balances the cells first and with no leds it acts like it does nothing for the first 15-20 minutes. Once it starts charging you will see the voltage start to change on display.

No mine took 8 hours, they finally sent a different charger.
still haven’t rebuilt my Seahawk yet. Probably won’t ever fly it again.
