I installed an Eagle 3- Lite Gyro in a Warbirds-followed instructions and set up appears correct and working on the bench. Simple motor-elevation airelon-CG was set correct-plenty trim set as best possible on bench-worked correctly on bench. Hand launched and spins immediatly left and in. Double checked-gyro pointed correctly-control surfaces seem to work as supposed to when handling. Tried to launch several time and it spins in every time. Have throttle set at 70-80% plrenty of power. Any advice apperciated.

It's REALLY easy to get the ailerons backwards and not notice.

I know but thats the first thing I check then the elevators, from previous crash experience ofcourse. It seems like the Gyro Gremlins take over right after launch.
The A3-Lite is a simple gyro-unless there is another level of programing I am missing. Gyro is installed the correct orientation and flaps set to be level when the plane is level.
      Im lost.

Does it fly OK with the gyro off (or disconnected altogether)?

There are some preflight things to do with a gyro, first, crank the gyro up to 100% and waggle the wings. when the wing is moving upwards, the aileron should also move upwards. Same with the tail surfaces, the elevator should move upwards when the tail moves up, the rudder should move in the direction of the yaw. If this is working fine, I'm wondering if you have the ailerons moving in the right direction with the gyro off. Left stick, left aileron rises etc. I bet dollars to doughnuts that the ailerons are reversed.
