I just bought two E820 4.1mm axle retracts for my airplane. The reason why I say "airplane" is because I am using all three-landing gear, "a set" from the Cougar F9F 80mm jet in my hand built balsa King Kobra. Here is my question; will the Cougar axle sold by MRC fit my new E820 landing gear and what the heck is the doughnut (shown online) for? I have pulled my existing Cougar landing gear apart and I see no doughnut at all! The E820 retract sold by MRC does not come with axles already installed; so that is why I am buying the "Cougar axle" at all! Please advise?
