I was wondering if any of you have had to replace the landing gear doors on the FMS 980mm (38.6) P-40B and what the trick is to making the spring fit right to close the doors?
Everything I've tried has not worked and just wondering if it has to be bent a certain way or what the trick is.
I'm getting frustrated, and I can't find any instructions on doing this so better ask for help.... lol.
I wish they sold the landing gear socket that the gear screw into and the door attaches to since the half round nose of it broke off in the accident and can't be found..
