I wanted a means of sending messages in morse code from a signal lamp (such as an Aldis) in one of my models.
I wrote an Arduino program that will allow you to enter dozens of messages up to 140 characters each, and it will randomly select a message, encode it in morse code, and use it to drive a LED lamp. It will repeat this at predetermined intervals with a different message each time.
The entire thing weighs about 10 grams and costs under $10 in parts.
