Powered by a 1300kV water-cooled brushless outrunner motor with a robust flexshaft drive system, the Motion DV can be powered by 2 x 2S packs for 4S operation or 2 x 3S packs for 6S operation that is breathtakingly fast! Two propellers are included to maximize performance on either choice of battery packs. A Hobbywing-made 90A water-cooled ESC delivers smooth, efficient throttle control to effectively harness the battery power, while a reliable 2.4GHz pistol grip transmitter offers comfortable control.
Included adjustable aluminum turn fins and trim tabs allow the Motion DV to exceed 50MPH on 6S power in calm water, but probably the key feature of the new Motion DV is its self-righting feature! No longer must you worry about capsizing your high performance boat in the middle of your pond. With this feature, simply allow the ballast tank to fill (a few jolts of reverse can help) and wait about 30 seconds for the boat to roll upright! Driving forward empties the ballast tank and you’re on your way once again.
