  • A P 51 project let's all get involved for a great tribute

My neighbor comes by every once in a while and likes to see my P 51's. Her dad was a Mustang pilot in WW II in the Pacific Theatre and I finally got some pics and info from her. Pretty exciting...

The newspaper article says it all. To top it off, there's not a lot of Pacific theatre Mustangs being modeled out there. Dave Gee and I are going to do some research hopefully Brenda (Rex's daughter) has more info that we can have access to. Anyone out there have any more info on the 5th AF Mustangs we'd be grateful.
Let's make it a Hobbysquawk team effort to honor a veteran.
