    customer service

    I just wanted to thank Derek from rcmotion customer service. Had a problem and it was resolved right away. the hype is real, their customer service is second to none. Again thanks

          I have had only one occasion to use customer service after numerous orders (good thing my wife doesn't realize how numerous!). My Kingfisher arrived missing 4 small screws. I had replacements in 2 days. Excellent service.
