It would depend on the diameter & length of the motor.

      Example : a 2849 mm motor is a NO ; a 3048 mm is a YES

The manufacturer of the motor will also determine its quality and thus give it a better chance of working.

        EDF unit manufacturer?
        Shroud material?
        Impeller material?
        Blade count?
        Pitch?
        Motor dimms?
        Shaft diameter?

To cut to the chase... Is there any precedent for this motor being used in this EDF on 6s? Your kv callout is very specific, which makes me wonder if you're looking at a factory assembled "2600kv 70mm EDF". In which case, I'd defer to the factory recommendations.
