4 S lipo connector??

my ESC & Lipo have a large RED connector. don't know what it is called!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need some kind of adapter HST ?

"Large red connector" doesn't really tell us much. Can you take a picture? You also say that both the ESC and the LiPo has the same connector? If so, do they mate up?

likely a "T connector" sometimes called a "Deans Ultra"

It could also be an HXT 4MM bullet connector. If it looks like the red connector in the picture, that's what it is.

HXT's also come in 3.5mm size and HXT 190 size. I'm looking at his quote:

If both the ESC and LiPo has the same connector, why is an adapter needed?
