I have a plane where I was using a Phoenix 160 amp esc and an Avian 8075 230kv motor...the esc keeps shutting off and sometimes gives an overcurrent beep alarm. Using a 12s set up, is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? I looked at the manual and found no help.

Have you tried reducing your prop size and pitch?

Or you also can try replacing your ESC. The Phoenix 160 amp ESC is a high-quality product, but it’s possible that you received a faulty unit.
