Battery ok to use or not?

This battery was recently damaged in a crash. The casing is broken, but it charges and seems to provide power fine. I was wondering if it was safe to use or if I need to dispose of it? Thanks

First post, just joined.... What experience do you have with RC batteries? With RC in general?
