I've recently purchased the Dynam P47 and I have like usual had some issues with the retracts when trying to test them with a servo tester. One however works flawless and the other doesn't seem to work at all.. I have tried two different retracts and the same issue with those as well. So I was told then to go ahead and hook up everything and run it all through a receiver. So I put in a new receiver and did the bind and when triying to set it all up my receiver keeps going into program mode every time I plug in a battery. I have done a defalt mode with the Dynam program card. I don't know what else to do. Even since I did the program card every time I plug in the battery I still keeps entering program mode on the ESC.

Keeps Going Into Program Mode?

I to was hoping that was all it was, but I think there is more to it or I'm doing something wrong. Now, since I reversed the position when I plug the battery in now it just keeps beeping really fast. Not the program beep music tones just beep, beep, beep never ending or stopping.Still Learning:D

Just a couple things in hopes of getting to a solution through process of elimination.
1. Is your throttle wires plugged in properly to the receiver with the correct polarity, i.e. black, red, and white wires are appropriate for the receiver?
2. Does the ESC have a built in BEC, or a separate BEC? If it has a separate (external) BEC, make sure that servo lead is also plugged into the receiver on either a free slot or the bind port slot.
3. I'm not sure how the Dynam ESC's operate with programming and calibration. However, if it's the same as some other ESC's, it can be calibrated by:
- (important****please take off the prop and anything else that could potentially cause harm before doing the calibration****) turning on your Transmitter (the plane is not plugged in though),
- put the throttle stick itself to maximum (al the way up)
-provide power to the airplane by plugging in the battery, make sure you hear a beep (or beeps) and immediately put the throttle stick to the lowest position and you'll hear a few more beeps, which signifies the throttle has been calibrated and ready for use. Please be careful doing this and once again, take off the propeller and anything else before doing the ESC calibration, if this method even works with the Dynam ESC's.

Thanks guys! I feel like idiot now that I got it fixed. I did reverse the throttle position, but I didn't zero the trim. I was told to make sure I did that when reversing the position and failed to do that at that time. I went back this afternoon and scratched my head and said a few uder words and went in the menu on my radio and then noticed it. As soon as I started to trim it out BINGO fixed. Thanks again heroes. The Squawk here is a awesome tool to have.Still Learning:D

Re-do the throttle calibration afterwards, just in case.Originally posted by farmflyer View PostThanks I have asked this before but never got a clear answer. I fly all electrics and have always set from the (0) or neutral position they have always armed but some seem like they are not quite going to full throttle. I will try this and see what happens.
