    Re: Admiral 4000 60C Pro

    Bob,
We do not offer Deans to EC5 converters because of the vastly different current capacities of these two connectors. Most of the aircraft using 6S batteries draw current higher than the recommended threshold of a T-Connector / Deans connector. Anything between 80A and approx 155A we recommend using an EC5. It's important to note that the quality of the connector plays a big role in current capacity as well, that is, only genuine EC5s will handle current in the 150A range.

      Thank for the reply Mark.
So if I have a ESC that required a dean how do I make that jump ? Do I change out the ESC for a EC5 ESC ?

      thanks

        Bob,
Best thing to do would be solder EC5s on your ESCs. The connectors are available here: http://www.motionrc.com/ec5-connectors-pair/

Be sure to pay attention to polarity and male/female when soldering them on your ESC.
