If you don’t have any tubing to secure that clevis to the control horn or you just forgot to put the tube ring on the clevis before you have you all the corrected settings as needed, try using one of those bread twist ties. I have a small cache of twist ties. I tightly wrap those around the clevis and clip off any excess wire. They work well.
