When you think about it, this is totally impractical. the thing would kick like a mule, it would swing like a pendulum.  And what about the ammo, any ammo worth calling itself ammo would weigh a ton!

You are right on the button here.
Last week an Oklahoma legislator submitted a bill that would allow anyone who spots a "drone" within 300 feet of "private property" to legally "remove it from the sky" or "bring it down" by what even means necessary! 

Now, living a state where even the pets have an open carry license, and the locals look for any excuse to fire their shotguns, I see nothing but trouble on the horizon.
