I live in Southern Utah, and I see that there are a lot of people who live in near by states. I got to thinking it might be fun to get all of us MRC supporters together for a fly-in. I would be interested in doing a majority of the work involved to set up an event like this; if enough people are interested. I just need to know a central location of the people who would be interested in attending. Right now I am thinking in Colorado, Utah, or Idaho. I honestly can't think of a better way to spend a summer weekend, Meeting the flyers who we converse with online and flying the planes we love. The thing is in order to do something like this attendees may have to have their AMA membership, I recommend having a membership anyway but most fields will not allow you to fly without one.
