RE: New Sport Cub, Sensei, or Pandora

It's kind of like the old Miller beer ad, "Tastes Great" and the rest of the crowd yells "Less filling"... :) Anyways, couldn't agree more Bill. Whatever floats your boat and works for you is coolio AND like anything in life, it is full of choices of which there may be more than one good choice or path.

ps Ya know what I like about this forum? Nobody fights.... The last one I hung out at had all sorts of drama and I hate drama. Glad I found "here" and you guys.

RE: New Sport Cub, Sensei, or Pandora

      Greetings Flygirl,

Oh, we've had our moments here but, that was way back in the beginning.

I believe that those who had perpencity to be argumentative and/or or extremely opinionated/closed-minded learned early on that this particular forum is mostly made up of folks that really live the 'RC Family' concept, and understand that this about community and not conflict.

Fortunately, they quickly picked up on the fact that we just weren't buying into their negativity and quietly (for the most part) moved on.

No forum is perfect but, this one is pretty darn close.

While there are A LOT of pro Pandors flyers here, and I agree that it is an awesome plane allowing the ability to transition from high to low wing as your skills improve, BUT (now remember, I'm just the messenger) If I were coming off the sport cub I would favor the Sensei.

The Sensei is simply a fantastic airplane. It's BIG and highly aerobatic and one tuff son of a flyer!
Now, it's available with on/off flight assist which only make an even more incredible.

I can't think of any plane I have succefully recommended to more pilots that has never received a negative remark.
I have such confidence in this plane that I own(ed) four of them because they are the perfect plane to introduce visiting friends/family members to RC flying.
Plus the sensei can handle anything an experienced pilot can throw at it.

Me, I never met a plane I didn't like but, the bottom line if that the best plane for you is the one you'll fly the most.
If that's the Sport Cub...... The Pandora or The Sensei......... Perfect!!

No matter what you decide (even though you already have) there are friends here on the forum ready and eager to help.

        Enjoy it!

I bought another Sport Cub and I find at least as of now that is my go to plane. I also bought the new Sensei FS when it first came out and I really like that plane also. I have not bought the Pandora yet.

I still have my Sensei and flow it at times just for fun.  It is a great trainer.
