Aircaraft crash. Why? For several reasons. One a servo went bad, if you were in your test phase the servo was glitching. (Don't fly reason) Out of 100 servos one can fail or have a slight gear issue. Call, Motion RC and fix the issue. Setup can be another issue with aircraft of this type. Call Motion RC and ask. Third; the aileron can fall off due to inssufficient glue, well; that's something we all have dealt with building our own models. Call Motion RC and explain what happened. Remember though, it's not something that should be warrantied if you made a mistake. (Honesty) comes from the heart, you either have it or you don't. If you don't, then remember Nothing under the sun has been done before. If you do! Good things come to people that ask. I'm sure Motion RC will be whilling to asssit you 100%. I just wanted to say this because most Customer service people won't. They are there to offer any & the best assistance they can. We all have someone to answer to. We too find it hard to fix something that was built defective. You have to answer yourself. i hope this finds you well & hopeful for a better day of flight. In the long run, we all enjoy this sport for everyone involved. Keeping it a tight unit will never doubt your ablility to get that first flight out of the way. Cheers! Mr. Matt
