    RE: E-flite Pulse 15e Basic with AS3X® 1400mm (55") Wingspan - BNF

    Greetings Pheonix,

    I hear ya there, buddy!!

This weekend our town holds its annual, "World's Largest Garage Sale" where everyone who intends to hold a garage sale waits and has their garage sale on the same weekend.
People come from many counties and even other states to shop.

It's massive and also a real headache if you're not participating and simply need to get around town to run errands during that time.

I usually find that this is a great opportunity to "thin the herd" or to "optimize my storage space" in the hanger and make space for "whatever is next".
The number of potential buyers in that one weekend far surpasses anything a swap meet could offer.

So, we'll see how it goes this year.

    Clear Skies

This not a bad idea. I usually end up just giving stuff away to some needy kids that want to fly but just cannot afford to. I have 2-Futaba 7C radios that I plan om giving away. I do not have time to haggle of price.

        Greetings,

Agreed, it amazes me how at events like garage sales and swap meets people will want to haggle over the price of good items (always wanting something for nothing) but, will at times pay a crazy price for worthless items.

The nice thing is, if it is fairly priced (for both parties) it will sell. You just have to stand firm until the right buyer comes along.
The bottom line is, while the intention is to move inventory, if the planes don't sell, I still get to fly them. So, it's sort of a win-win.

The Landing Gear is super easy to switch. With the trike I put the 3300 Admiral 3s all the way forward, without, an inch back, seemed the same CG wise.

Hardest part is to remember to bring the nose strut and the set screws. I put all the screws in there places and just threw the nose gear in with my flight box. 5 minute swap easy...

I am trying to decide whether to pull the trigger on this one or pre-order the E-fight T-28. I really like the T-28 and if it flies anything like my Splendor, it is a winner. What the heck, might as well get both. I am not getting any younger.

Yelp. One cannot have too many planes. Just finished my T-6 Texan. Thought about a an A3L gyro but this is a trainer and probably does not need one.

The Pilatus PC-9 version.  This is indeed a trainer as I also have the TC-6.  It flies like the T-28.  Just something a little different to fly.  When all is said and done, I still prefer my version 1 FMS T-28.  This plane has many flights on it.  The only thing I did was upgrade the motor to the FMS 580 Kv.
