August 15th, 2015 is National Model Aviation Day!!
It will be here before we know it.
If you or your club have not registered to participate in the most excellent event, please consider doing so.
All you have to do is go to Nationalmodelaviationday.org for all of the details.
This is a wonderful way to support the very worthy Wounded Warrior Project and to reach to the public and introduce them to our awesome hobby!!
Maybe there's a club not too far away that is already scheduled to hold an event that you can be a part of!!
You could hold your own Fun Fly, give RC flight lessons, do an RC demonstration, whatever... Be Creative and Have Fun with it!!!!
I hope everyone will think about it !!! And remember, ALL of the proceeds accrued go to the very deserving Wounded Warrior Project!!
Our Chisholm Trail RC Squadron is registered and we challenge other clubs to register as well!!
