Thinking along the same lines that I was. The 5 eyes may be 5 "i" letters in the name. No doubt the B-29 would be big! I would love to see a nice B-29 as it is one of my favorite planes and FiFi is my favorite B-29. I built so many B-29 models as a kid and named them all FiFi.

Alpha said in a podcast earlier this year that they would not do a C-130, I don't recall the reason why he said that. I figure if HK could do it Flightline could do it and better.

I said that at the time because we knew about HK's Hercules and out of respect we didn't want to produce the same plane within the same calendar year. Contrary to what some might think about us in a competitive marketplace, we do in fact truly believe that fair competition and diverse product choices among a range of manufacturers will make our global hobby stronger. We're all in the same boat in a small pond, and I believe that respect is more sustainable than malice. Accordingly, if I have the opportunity to avoid releasing the same subject matter within the same size or a similar size within the same time period as another manufacturer, I'll try to avoid doing so.

I often use the Air Traffic Control analogy: Many aircraft can land safely on the same runway if there's an organized synchronicity between those airlines and their respective aircraft. By contrast, landing on top of each other is, as my father used to say, "less effective".

That all being said, I'm not naive to think every manufacturer will always come together to disclose their product pipelines in their entirety, so sometimes, there is overlap on product releases to varying degrees. But I can say those rare times are exceptions and my team does lots with what little we know to avoid landing on top of other people's hard work. In any given calendar year, any given manufacturer can only produce a certain number of new projects. In my idealized world, all of those products across the spectrum with other manufacturers would be of a different subject matter, would have their own voice, and would find their own audience, with Choice being the power wielded solely by the customer. Free Market, Fair Competition, Friendly Coexistence, etc, etc, etc. That's my attitude, at least.

Instead of four new 70mm F-15s in the same year from four different manufacturers, why not one 70mm F-15, one 70mm Viggen, one 70mm Yak-130, and one 70mm Delta Dart? I think most would agree that Choice is healthy. Y'all can pick the winner of your own wallet.

                    Yes it is actually.

I'm working on the idea that Five Eyes or FVEY as it's abbreviated was an intelligence alliance that formed in 1941. It included the countries of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States.

Now I think about what planes those countries all flew and what get's your motor running and I come to a conclusion. I hope I'm right because I'd buy two right off the bat!

And this is exactly why Motion has earned the respect from so many of us over the years. I truly believe you feel that way and I know we all appreciate the insights you give from time to time.

And to everyone involved with Motion I say keep up the great work!

Well said Alpha. Companies with good ethical values do get noticed by the customer base. In these times, that is usually where the best product and service can be found. Since you mentioned them, a Viggen or Dart would be welcome, wrapped up in a Freewing box :).

Because its not spelled "Halberstadt CL.II"

all of those country’s flew them, and you have to say AT-6 and not spell it.

B-29s were known to be finicky with their engine fire issues, and I could see that poem hinting at the first and only uses of atomic weapons that were dropped on alternate targets because of cloudy weather.
