  • Introduction

    Hi Everyone,

Let me tell you a little about my flying experience and my main area of interest. I've had a passion for aircraft and flight since I was a child. I've been flying model aircraft since I was 3 years of age, and RC aircraft for the last 48 years. I teach people to fly as well and I've been doing that for over 25 years.

I love aerobatics and I used to fly competitively in I.M.A.C (Scale Aerobatics). However I get tremendous fun from flying anything with wings. Be it a 40% size Edge 540 or a slow flying vintage model.

I enjoy teaching others to fly and I get great satisfaction when I see someone go on and become a skilled proficient pilot.

Over the next couple of weeks I'm going to write a review of the FMS Olympus F3A aerobatic model. I'll include everything I have done to it and I'll tell you why and how it performs.

    Thats enough about me.

I would like to add, I do have a lot of experience and many skills. However I don't know everything and I am will to learn from anyone who knows. That could be an experienced pilot modeler, or a complete novice.

Welcome and your expertise will benefit us all.  Although I have many years flying on an off because of schooling and military, I appreciate all learning opportunities available.  Thanks for joining the forum and a great company.

Hang in there Martin and just take your time getting into the flow of how all this works.

Phoenix, we issue a newsletter near the Black Friday via email, although admittedly we have dreams of expanding its utility. In time we endeavor to increase its frequency to a quarterly release. For the time being, all new product announcements and sales are visible on the website at the "New Airplanes" section and "Sale Items" section, respectively. Of course, anyone is always welcome to call our team to get the latest information.
