Recieved damaged plane

I have already sent an ticket to motion but has anyone else received a damaged plane that wasn't from shipping but due to manufacturing. If so has does motion handle it?

If it came damaged , make a few photos and send with the ticket . MRC is number 1 in customer service !!!! If it is legit they will take care of you . You will not come across another place that cares the way they do about their customers .......
