Esc connectors to 46 eflite motor

I have a 80 amp esc eflite with 4mm connectors and a 46 size eflite motor which has 3.5 mm connectors.My question is will this work or do I have to change the connectors?I think that the motor would be the one to change but not sure any help would be appreciated.

No, it won’t work. You’re trying to put a 3.5mm pin into a 4mm hole. Change one or the other. Personally, I’d change the 3.5mm pin to the matching 4mm pin.
