    Hey Gang, I need some advice from the experts. Does the Nexa 2710mm PA-18 need any offset thrust. There is no mention in the manual Click image for larger version

    Helipilot Looking at the alignment marks on the firewall, it looks like both right thrust and down thrust are built into the ARF. Most ARF makers do this these days. If you look at the firewall from directly above, you should see it angled slightly to the right.

    Mount the motor, so the mount system is centered over where the alignment marks intersect, where it contacts the firewall. Then, when the motor is mounted, with the correct distance between the firewall and prop hub, the prop hub should be centered in the prop opening in the cowl.

    Looks like a nice bird. Good luck with the build.
