We get the manufacturer's attention with our wallets. Nothing can effect change more then sales. The market eats these small planes up because they are easy to throw in the back of the car and fly at the local parks and fields. Still, I think there is a huge portion of RC flyers who like me, prefer the larger class.
That's how I look at it, I want big, bigger, biggest. Once you have a 1100mm ish airframe, you got the go to the park and fly covered.
Agreed. Are there times I feel too lazy to get my biggest girls ready to transport and put together at the field? Sure. It's so much easier and quicker to throw some smaller birds in the back of the car and go, but once I am at the field and the planes are in the air, I always prefer the size and presence and flying experience of the large scale over the small scale. The extra prep time is worth the presence of the larger scale in the air to me at least.

We were just talking about a big scale B 17 after seeing the ones flying at Alpha's field it just sparks the imagination!
Its a cool model, but there are some improvements that I'm sure would be right up Fliteline's alley, such as a removable wing!
I still hold out for a 1700mm or larger DC3 as well.
Hey, one can dream!!
Oh yeah, and a 1700mm Bearcat!!! That would almost be full scale!!!!!!!!!

Really I would love to see the 1700mm size thats out now offered up in one base color with no decals. Think of all the work that would save for those wanting to change up the scheme of their planes.
Yeah, I've been saying that for a while now too. FMS does offer the P51D with no decals but Motion doesn't carry it for some reason. I've got some great shots of a P40B in bare chrome and old style insignia which is totally different

I saw it on the old Diamond hobby site but it was the 1400mm only. I guess you can buy direct from the FMS website now as well? It appears that way. I didnt see a bare P-51 or any warbird on the FMS site either.
Dkalwishky, the möbius is set on 1080P, sunny, vivid color. Everything else is just preference, like, auto start or push button start, run time, etc.
one thing I noticed though is that the cloudy setting gives awesome color grading even on sunny days. Sometimes it even looks better than the sunny setting.

Thanks! How are you mounting the camera to the plane? If you have a picture or two of that I'd be interested in seeing them. Great videos btw.....

Velcro-brand Velcro is what I use, and I'm just mounting it on the top of the canopy. It can be mounted just about anywhere though.
I'll send a pic when I get the chance.
