The e-flite Inverza is my first (and last) 3D airplane. It seems to fly kinda sideways. For example today, from straight & level flight, I input left aileron and it banked left but instead of continuing to make a turn, it seemed to skid and flew more in a straight line (even though it was banked left). It was almost like it was trying to fly knife edge straight. It was very hard to get it to fly back over toward me. So as not to lose it out in the distance, I brought her down in the grass and broke the prop off and it has some new scuff marks.
I have aileron to rudder mix set with +50 for left and +50 for right. (in other words, when I input left aileron, the rudder moves left and when I input right aileron the rudder moves right). Is it possible that the aileron rudder mix is the culprit and maybe I should remove it?
Could it it be that the CG is too far aft?
Or or is this normal for 3D airplanes?
I am not interested in flying 3D.
Thank you...
