servo reverser problem

hi all,
for my su-35 and f-14 i use 2 servos for elevatos. one of those servos originally comes reversed. but those servos does not work nice and smooth like hitec or other good brand ones. so i installed hitec ones and connected turnigy servo reverser to one. the problem is that elevator with reverser goes up and down about 10 degrees more than other elevator.
i tried to switch servos but it is the same. i tried to reverse servo internally and avoid reverser but on this servo it did not worked .
by the way, i bought 2 the same turnigy reversers and both does the same.
so anybody had that problem, or can recommend the reverser which is not doing that?

you can try MIX settings on Transmitter you can adjust.. or change the location on hole the horns for one side

yes i can use two separate channels and do MIX. but now both servos are Y wired to one channel. and with the help of the reverser that has to work no problem.

I've used HobbyKing servo reversers a lot and they've always worked well for me. Are your Hitec servos digital? Those reversers may not work with digital servos. Might be best to get matching servos where one is reversed from the factory.

Does the reverser have a potentiometer on it? You may be getting more signal to the reversed servo.

i have two different ones. one is 'Turnigy' without potentiometer ,and one 'Y' type with potentiometer. but potentiometer onnly does trim function on one servo and does not adjust travel.
so i did like Apache sugested played with servo horn holes. And waiting till newest Hitec servo programmer will be available to reverse my servo.
