My Fall/Winter Project This Year - "Project Seahorse"

Did some reading, think I'm going to get my hands on a FMS Mustang and do some modifying to turn it into a P-51H
What do you guys think?

That looks like a cool project. If you go FMS, I'd make sure to get the motor upgrade to a 580kv and the smallparts cnc landing gear side replacements. Both are worth their weight in gold.

Or go all out and put the 650 kv in, just realize that it has a different motor mount than the 540 and 580, so order on of those as well. Best to upgrade you ESC, I put 85A Manitis in mine, then you could go 5s if you want.

Agreed Grossman, especially with the smallpartscnc. Did their upgrades on both my P-51D BBD and my FMS grey Corsair.
