ID:	52080 out of Tired Iron Aviation is that every time I go to grab one of my planes, there's some new mod, tweak, or upgrade.

I just started flying my C-188 Ag Wagon. It's my first low-wing so it's pretty responsive in the hands of a hack.

TI decides it's a little sedate so he yanks the prop off and adds a 13 x 8 prop.....you know, just because.

    Dont touch my stuff! ;)

TI put your hands in your pockets and leave the other kids toys alone. ;)

Whatever TI does, it's always an improvement. I'm just poking fun at his mad modification skills. I'm certainly not complaining!

When I left, he was on the Press redesigning my landing gear strut!

We're about to run out of room :( I'm thinking about building a second platform under the table about half way between the top and the floor to store planes. The only problem would be that I like to have them where I can sit in my chair and see them all.

I totally get that. Right now I have half my planes in the den, and half out in the garage. The only good thing about winter, is they all go in the den. Its a little crowded but its an awesome sight!

I get yelled at because I have the Beaver setting on floats to take with us to my parents house on Sat. Yes it's on the spare bed and yes the damn wings reach across the bed and yes you hit them when you go around past the bed to reach the closets ...... But Honey what is a Man to do when I need to have it ready to take . I'm sure not going to go ahead and put it the truck , I'll be using the truck before then .

Tired Iron just send me the address and you can do all the mods you want !I will even leave cash with the planes for parts

There you go Bryan, I'm trying to figure out how to make it look like I have less planes, dismantle some and hide them, hang some from the ceiling, "Look dear, I really don't have that many!!"

Oh, and by the way, here's the problem with working. Sat, Sun, wind blowing 50 mph or rain or snow or all three!! Monday morning, No wind, sunny and the the in the 50's, right until 3:30 when I'm off, then the wind comes up and its dark at 5:00.
Let's face it, work just gets in the way. I tell you , if it wasn't for money, we'd all have retired to that place in Florida with their own flying field or at least started the "Old Squawker's Retirement Village" or OSRV for short.
