In many other model hobbies, you'll find that you MUST apply the paint or other finishing material yourself. Perhaps, or actually most likely, Motion RC customers enjoy that convenience. In many cases I do as well. But I, like I suspect other folks, like to modify, superdetail, and otherwise change things up. It's like ladies at a party where nobody wants to wear the same outfit to the event. So, to make a long story even more boring, could you ever envision bringing in some airplanes without paint or markings of any kind applied? I used to build my planes. Just try to find a decent balsa kit these days...
