Zip Tie on the Prop

I have heard n read quite a few post that have mentioned the Zip Tie mod on the Prop . What is it , how do you apply it ?

On some of the multi blade props where the blades are all secured individually, you can put this piece of zip tie between the blade and adapter increasing the rake of the blade. Cheap way to try and get more pitch basically and increase thrust.
