  • Hobby RadJet elevon set up , servo setup issuses

I've flown fomies, an edfs for 5 years, have never had a elevon plane to set up.
I purchased the Rad jet. With motor only. I have dozens of assorted servos from years of scavenging my planes parts.. .
So I set my spectrum 6dx on elevon setting. I've got the 2 servos working correctly on aleron . When I pull up elevator right servo pulls correctly, left servo pulls down elevator.
It occured to me is there "special servos# for elevon set up a "left an right".
    Tks for help.

So, the elevator command works like another aileron command? Sounds like a mixing issue in the transmitter, if the ailerons work normally. If you used a reversed servo to make elevator work normally, then the aileron command would work like elevator.

I presume you have one servo in the AIL port and the other in the ELE port. Elevon is selected in the wing type. This becomes a game of switch and reverse and you need to try different combinations. Start from where you are and try reversing one of the servos in the servo reverse menu and give it a try. If this is still not it, then try putting that one back to normal and reversing the other. If this doesn't work, try reversing both on the Tx. If this doesn't work then swap ports and do it all over again. Eventually, you will hit the correct combination.
