I really like everything about Dyman's GC. Just a couple of things;
The props are NOT (at least as of when I got mine a year or so ago) counter-rotating which means you'll want to stay on the ready with the rudder due to torque roll tendencies on take-off. It likes to fly as it's name indicates... it's a cruiser. Of course it will do the basic stuff like loops and rolls but they will be a bit on the stressful side as there is little in the way of wing spars/support. Again, this may have been addressed on newer models.
Fly it the way it was designed and it's a real beauty to behold.
There were times early on when I got so engrossed in watching it go by I'd almost forget I was the one flying it!!! Yikes!!
Can't wait to see some photo's/video's of you new Grand Cruiser!!!

Oklahoma Oklahoma Oklahoma !!!! Can't help it love Steve Martin in that movie .... Thanks Rocketeer , best I can tell should be here on Tues. My plan is to do a little painting on it . Once I get my greasy palms on the decals I will have some paint made up to match ......But Crashing is LandingComment

Ok after listening for the UPS truck like a dog in heat , WOOHOO !!!!! First impression is nice plane . would love to see a spar across the wing but it should be ok .
Gonna take the decal sheet to Lowes and have some paint made . Thinking about painting the underside .<smiley image="smiley_grin.gif"/>
