Modify lights

I saw on youtube a guy had set up the lights on his plane so the landing lights came on with the gear coming down . Think it was on the new Stinger 90 that's about to be in stock ,at MRC , I saw the demo on that did the same . Is there a micro switch or some other way that makes this happen ???

It has light & gear sequencer modules that control all that.
And it's been in stock for quite some time now.
