What a great day went to the National Museum WorldWar II Aviation in Colorado Springs today. We saw some beautiful airplanes and met some great people there. The best of luck fell upon us just as we arrived a B 25 flew in made a high speed low pass then went around landed and taxied in right by us. We were no more than 10 feet off of the wing tip when it went by to the hangar. We saw 2 beautiful Tigercats ,2 Avengers ,1 P47 ,1 P38 White33 ,1 Skyraider , and several other aircraft. The people that operate that facility are doing a wonderful job and especially give a great tour full of history. I only wish we could have spent more time there but we got there a little late in the day. I took a lot of photos and some video. When I get home from vacation I'll try to get some posted.

Wow, I didn't know about this. I was just in Co Springs a few months ago. Unfortunately, it was to see my nephew who just graduated and left town, so now I have no reason to go back there :( Post some pics!
