I searched for a long time for directions to set up full house on my V-tail. I wanted motor, rudder, and flaps on the throttle stick, and elevator and ailerons on right stick. I could never get it right. Used this setup and it's GREAT. I can't copy it here but to find it do a Google search for,

One thing he doesn't mention though is if you only have a 6 or 7 ch rx you can use the gear #5 channel for one of the flaps rather than a Y connector.
